Hollywood plans a summer season of hits

Excitement, adventure, action and romance, along with many of your favorite stars, hit the screen this summer. Get ready for movie magic!

In the U.S., the summer season begins with the film Iron Man, which is based on the comic book character with the same name. Robert Downey Jr. plays a successful billionaire businessman that creates an amazing suit of armor that transforms him into a superhero.

Sequels
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull opens May 22 worldwide with Harrison Ford returning as daring adventurer Indiana Jones. Rising young star Shia LaBeouf (Transformers) costars, and Cate Blanchett plays the villainess of the story. Audiences can expect exciting chase scenes and edge-of-your-seat thrills!

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, the second film based on C.S. Lewis' fantasy, also features amazing special effects. The film follows the four Pevensie children and their return to the land of Narnia. A heroic mouse and Aslan the lion help the children as they fight to return the exiled King Caspian to his rightful throne.
