大学生选课是个既新又老的话题，然而选择任课老师却是个新现象。这对学生而言毫无疑问是大有裨益的，但同时又让学生手足无措。大有裨益主要是因为学生有机会选择自己喜欢和认可的老师，手足无措主要是因为学生对大部分任课老师都不是很熟悉。

基于以上情况，考生在安排作文时，首先在首段用两三句话介绍背景引出主题，然后可分一到两段阐述两到三个选择任课老师的理由，最后用一两句话阐述如此做法的益处，再用一两句话点出潜在的问题。

具体写作步骤概略：

首段

可以考虑首句如此引出主题：Nowadays some universities entitle their students to the free choosing of teachers for some specific courses。接着，略加评论：This offers students a more flexible and thus more efficient way of learning. 然后，笔锋一转，指出学生选择老师的考虑因素：Nevertheless, there could be various reasons for a student to choose their ideal teacher.

主体

该部分关键在于给出几个较有代表性的理由，如：Most probably a student will choose a teacher who is expert at what he or she teaches. It is because …接着阐述其它理由，如：Next to it is that the teacher is well informed of how to teach. It is because…

尾段

总结其益处，如：Free choosing of teachers may bring to us many advantages, such as, …接着，指出问题，如：However, the problems it brings along also allows no negligence. For example, …
总而言之，此次作文主题并不陌生，而且贴近大部分考生的学生生活。考生只要文章结构完整，论理充分，应该不会存在太大的问题。
